Macafees Knob Natural Setting #2

1. I went to Virginia Tech a couple weekends ago and I climbed Macafees Knob by myself . I was supposed to meet Kip and a couple other people at the trail head to climb with them but I was late because I had slept in after hanging with one of my friends from high school. As I was walking by myself I began to enter into this stage of flow where I was not aware of anything besides each step that I was taking up the mountain and the beat of my heart and each breath that I was taking. My entire existence boiled down to each step that I was taking.
