I
recently took a walk on the Noland Trail, and it was one of the best ideas I’ve
had in a long time. It was great just being out in nature away from all the
suburban nonsense. On the trail, the birds were happily flying the squirrels
were running and jumping from branch to branch, and the people I seen were
smiling from one ear to the other. It was great seeing other people positively
affected by nature as much as I was. Coming from the country, nature was a big
stress reliever for me. Countless numbers of times, I just left my house and
started walking through the woods because I was stressed. That’s what the
Noland Trail served as for me; a stress reliever. Standing on the trail and
just looking around realizing how beautiful and peaceful it is, reminds me of
home. I can’t wait to go back
