My choosing #4

We discussed a lot about flow and catharsis, ways in which catharsis could be used in many different ways.  Personally I use music and dancing in a cathartic way.  Whenever I am upset or just stressed I like to put on music and dance around.  Sometimes just lying in bed and listening to music before going to sleep is helpful for stress relief.  That's why I love my dance classes because it's a class that I have to go to in order to relax.  It's like the saying, fake it til you make it.  If I'm having a bad day I enjoy going to dance class or relaxing with some music to make myself feel better even if I don't want to.  It ends up making me feel better in the end and that's why I love it.
